These are the people who make Prosser Thrive possible.

Brittany is originally from Mount Vernon, Washington, where she lived before attending college in Ellensburg. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Family Studies from Central Washington University. During her time there, she facilitated “The Incredible Years” parenting groups, taught an introductory Family Studies course, served as President of the Family Studies Club, and completed two research projects. She also completed a practicum with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

Before joining Prosser Thrive, Brittany worked as a social worker for the state and later served as a Youth Development and Community Prevention Coordinator for Mercer Island Youth and Family Services. She also worked as a Behavioral Health Advocate with Educational Service District 123, where she partnered with several local coalitions, including THRIVE.

Since becoming Coalition Director for Prosser Thrive, Brittany has been proud to support prevention efforts that strengthen youth, families, and the broader Prosser community. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to thrive and helping communities build lasting systems of support and connection.
Brittany and her husband have lived in West Richland since 2020. In 2022, they welcomed their first son, and in 2025 their family grew again with the arrival of their second child. Alongside their two kids and the world’s friendliest 90-pound Rottweiler, they enjoy spending time outdoors, attending anything musical, and binge-watching sitcoms together.
