PAX Good Behavior Game
A universal classroom behavior management strategy that teaches children self-regulation, teamwork, and impulse control. Teachers use the PAX tools to create a calm, focused learning environment — and the effects last well beyond the classroom.
Why it works
Research shows PAX GBG reduces aggression, improves academic performance, and has long-term protective effects against substance use and mental health issues.

Peer Mentoring · Grades 9–12
Link Crew
A peer-to-peer mentoring program where upperclassmen are trained to guide incoming freshmen through one of the most vulnerable transitions in a young person's life — the move to high school. Link Crew pairs new students with positive role models from day one, building connection, belonging, and confidence throughout their first year.
Youth Coalition
Mustang Thrive Club
A student-led coalition giving Prosser youth the tools, confidence, and community to make positive choices. Members plan events, lead campaigns, and create real change in their school and community.
Community Awareness
Community Presentations & Town Halls
We create spaces where community members can come together to learn, share ideas, and collaborate on solutions that support healthy youth and stronger communities. We focus on sharing local data, spotlighting prevention strategies, elevating youth voice, and sparking the community dialogue needed to drive real change.

Hidden in Plain Sight
An interactive room display that shows parents and caregivers the everyday items teens use to hide substance use — turning awareness into action and opening honest conversations at home.
Youth Program
Teen Target Zero
A youth-focused impaired driving prevention program that connects teens to the realities of DUI, empowers peer-to-peer advocacy, and builds a culture of safe choices behind the wheel and beyond.
Youth Leadership
Community Engagement Board
A youth advisory group that amplifies the voices of Prosser students in community decisions. Members develop leadership skills, represent their peers, and help shape the direction of Thrive programs.
Family Program
The Incredible Years
An evidence-based program designed to strengthen parenting skills, promote children's social and emotional development, and reduce behavior problems. Ideal for parents of children ages 5–12.
Media Campaign
Positive Community Norms
The Positive Community Norms program uses data to celebrate the healthy choices most Prosser youth are already making — shifting perceptions and reinforcing a culture of wellness.
